French Toast

Enjoy a sweet but lasting breakfast with delicious french toast.

French Toast

Preparation

1. Whisk the milk, eggs, vanilla sugar, lemon zest and sugar. Fold in the flour and pour the mixture into a shallow casserole dish. Soak slices of bread in the egg mixture and allow excess to drip off.

2. Heat butter in a frying pan per portion. Fry slices of bread in butter for approx. 3 minutes on each side. Serve immediately.

Serve with: cinnamon and sugar and/or 1 tbsp maple syrup
